NaloShape
The highly flexible polymer casing – ideal for perfectly shaped processed meat products.
Available in 3 different types:
NaloShape RS = is especially suitable for use in metal moulds,
e. g. for 4 x 4 or 4 x 6 and also for D-shape applications.
NaloShape MC = is identical to RS, but in addition has a strong meat cling.
NaloShape HF = is extremely flexible and ideal for products in bowl shape, such as the Italian mortadella or the typical German dumplings.
Applications
Unsmoked shaped scalded processed meat products and cooked hams; products with a long shelf-life without the need for secondary packaging as well as slicing applications.
